We’ve committed to another year in the UK, but I think this time it will definitely be the last one. Which means we have to travel as much as possible while it’s still cheap to visit Europe.

What an amazing Greek adventure made all the more special by the hospitality of the Greek people, to which I can personally attest.

I had posed a question to Sasha at the start of our trip if we would gain or lose weight in our four weeks on Greece. The verdict…we lost weight and got fitter! The Greek lifestyle and Mediterranean diet is the key to a long, healthy and happy life. During our five days in the Peloponnese / Arcadia region, we stayed in an Airbnb 100 meters away from the sea. Our morning ritual consisted of the following:
– Wake up with the sun when our bodies naturally want to, without an alarm
– Meditate outside for 15 minutes using a stellar app called Headspace
– Hug each other while sitting down so that our bodies connect for at least five minutes
