I have a recommendation for you. After more than a year of meditations with my first app, Aura, I figured it was time to move on and try something new.
Enter Simple Habit… a guided mediation app from Cory Mascara.
The app is free and available for iOS on Apple. I do a daily meditation every morning first thing just to set my intention for the day and put myself in a positive state of mind.
The guided meditations are often in a series so that you can follow the same theme for, say, a month. They are usually short 4 to 5 min sessions which means they are easy to fit into your schedule.
I love the fact that I can follow some basic stats on my latest streak (how many consecutive days I have meditated), total sessions and total meditation time. There is also a community section where you can share feedback and get support in your meditation journey.
